Furnished apartment with 1 bedroom for rent on Via Giuseppe Arimondi. Located 100 m. from Piazza Firenze this large apartment is perfect for one or two people. There is a balcony where to keep things like brooms and pots of aromatic plants. The bathroom with a big window, has both a bath tub and a shower. The large living room has a big sofa that can become an occasional bed. It has another balcony and is furnished with a bookcase and a huge chest of drawers. The bedroom has a double bed with internal storage for all your duvets, a table and a large wardrobe closet. Right near the house there are plenty of different public transports (5 bus lines, 4 tram lines). Two metro stations are at 11-12 min walking. The property is on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator. The property includes air conditioning and balcony Piazza Firenze connects through Corso Sempione to the Central Park and the Castel area. Bovisa university and a well-stocked shopping center can be reached in 20 and 10 minutes respectively. So you are in the middle of the city!
