Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the 5th floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, and lift. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it! The neighborhoodThis is the perfect spot if you plan to make the most of Milan's nightlife. The stately building in via Maggiolini is two blocks away from San Babila (MM2), the fashion district and the pink flamingos of Villa Necchi. If you'd like to enjoy a drink without wandering too far, just two steps away is a cocktail bar of international renown, Nottingham Forest.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
