Appartamento molto luminoso posto all'ultimo piano (quarto) di una palazzina moderna di recente costruzione. Dotato di un terrazzo grande accessibile sia dalla camera da letto che dalla zona giorno. Ingresso attrezzato con armadio, zona giorno con cucina piccola ma funzionale e lavatrice. Tavolo da pranzo allungabile per ospitare gli amici. Divano trasformabile in letto e scrivania. Camera da letto con letto contenitore, armadio grande e tutto il necessario per sonni tranquilli. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento a pavimento. Ottima insonorizzazione con finestre moderne. Bagno piccolo con doccia. La zona è servita da tram e autobus.
