Renovated in 2006, this one-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Piero Capponi is situated on the third floor of a building, which has an elevator. The bedroom and bathroom both have a modern feel have plenty of storage space for amenities and clothing. Aside from these two rooms, the rest of the apartment is open concept. The one-wall kitchen can be easily concealed by a screen. Otherwise, the space gets a good amount of natural light and is stylishly furnished with a 4-seat dining table, comfy sofa bed.
You won’t have to worry about eating in Pagano, because this neighborhood has plenty of cafés, osterias and trattorias . Even if you’re a vegetarian, you’ll find a restaurant near the local health club, just 4 minutes away. Shopping is pretty simple too. There are ample clothing stores in the immediate vicinity, and a number of supermarkets. However, when you get the chance then you’ll want to stop by the Wagner Municipal Market, where you can pick up some fresh bread, cheese and cold cuts, and then head over to the Guido Vergani Park for a mini picnic.
