In palazzina di soli tre piani, grazioso appartamento al primo piano di ottantacinque mq, molto luminoso e silenzioso, appena ristrutturato e completamente arredato. Aria condizionata. Situato in zona Piazza Aspromonte, a tre minuti comodi a piedi dalla metropolitana Loreto (sia linea verde che rossa) o da quella verde Piola (linea verde). Sempre a tre minuti a piedi ci sono le linee dei bus. cinque minuti a piedi da Corso Buenos Aires o dal Politecnico, dieci minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano.
