Very quiet, renovated in an elegant and modern style, composed of entrance hall, spacious living area with open kitchen that can be hidden by an elegant wooden door, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet, single room and guest bathroom with shower. Equipped with parquet floors, air conditioning, independent heating. Located between Porta Venezia, Corso Indipendenza and Piazza Tricolore, in a residential but lively area perfectly served by public transport and commercial establishments: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, stores, cinemas, dry cleaners, pharmacy. It is a few minutes walk from the subway M4 Blue line (Tricolore) that leads to Piazza San Babila and Via Monte Napoleone in 1 stop and to Linate airport in a few minutes. Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

- Bank holidays (Sundays excluded) an additional fee of 30€ is required, and all other times not indicated above: no check-in or check-out possible

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
