You are in the city center. The area is full of trendy shops and restaurants. You can also get to the Milan Cathedral on foot or use one of the many public transports and the subway adjacent to the house. Convenient for university students of Cattolica, Bocconi, Uni Polytechnic, Marangoni or Ferrari school or IED or IULM

Utilities according to consumption. Better if you transfer them to spend less
