One bedroom apartment near Bocconi and Navigli. 1st floor without elevator, entrance from the typical balcony, nice courtyard with plants a table/chairs all the neighbors can use. Nice old style building in good conditions, with doorman service. The windows are facing the side courtyard, connected to the street. There are some restaurants and bars, so in the evening in the weekend is quite lively. Kitchen with plenty of storage, a washing machine, gas stove, electric oven and fridge/freezer. Spacious bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and window. Portable AC and high speed internet.
What we liked the most
Within 15 minute walk to Metro (Porta Genova FS), Bocconi University and Darsena Di Milano. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are walking distance. Between Navigli and Parco della Resistenza. Making the apartment surrounded by beautiful areas.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
