La proprietà si trova a breve distanza da Porta Venezia e da Corso Buenos Aires, zona ricca di tutti i servizi e ben collegata grazie al trasporto pubblico locale. La struttura si compone di un'area living con angolo cottura, camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno. Lo spazio interno è organizzato come segue:
AREA LIVING con ANGOLO COTTURA (con piano cottura, frigorifero con freezer, forno a microonde, bollitore, forno, lavastoviglie ed utensili da cucina), tavolo da pranzo e TV;
CAMERA DA LETTO con letto matrimoniale, armadio e accesso al balcone;
