La proprietà si trova a breve distanza da Porta Venezia e da Corso Buenos Aires, zona ricca di tutti i servizi e ben collegata grazie al trasporto pubblico locale. La struttura si compone di un'area living con angolo cottura, camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno. Lo spazio interno è organizzato come segue:

  • AREA LIVING con ANGOLO COTTURA (con piano cottura, frigorifero con freezer, forno a microonde, bollitore, forno, lavastoviglie ed utensili da cucina), tavolo da pranzo e TV;

  • CAMERA DA LETTO con letto matrimoniale, armadio e accesso al balcone;

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • Proof of solvency

  • Direct debit of the rental payment
