Whole apartment in Milan

_only for properties located in Milan:__________ minimum stay of 60 days for the bookings with check-in between the 4th of March and the 15th of April included. Two months'rent required in advance to secure your booking. Check-out will not be possible between the 3rd of April and the 13th of April

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March the 4th and April the 15th included, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.

• Contract registration tax: nothing! The landlord assumes this cost (++what is this?++)
• Domiciliation: no

  • Spese condominiali (building fees): yes, included in price of rent
  • TARI (refuse collection tax): yes, included in price of rent (++what is this?++)
  • Gas and Electricity usage in excess of the limit stated below will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.
  • Cleaning fees: depending on the apartment
• Check-in/out:
  • Check-in and check-out hours will be arranged with landlord once booking is confirmed
  • Initial and final cleaning fee: mentioned in "pricing", payable upon booking confirmation
• Deposit: payable upon booking confirmation
• Required documentation:
  • ID / Passport
  • You are required to have a Codice Fiscale (tax code) in order to sign the rental agreement (++how do I apply?++). Please, note that tenants without a Codice Fiscale won't be able to check-in.
• Early departure: 21 days notice required

• Your landlord does not live on the property
