The modern one-bedroom apartment is located in the Villa San Giovanni neighbourhood adjacent to the University of Milan Bicocca, and only a 5-minute walk from the MM1 metro stop.
Upon entering, the kitchen is a real gem, complete with every comfort and equipment needed. Its contemporary aesthetics with satin-finished wall units blend perfectly with its functionality. Next to it is a comfortable sofa for relaxing in front of the television.
The bright double bedroom has a large window overlooking a small balcony, allowing natural light to illuminate the room. The beds can be divided to suit all needs. The room also has a bridge wardrobe that crosses the bed, a further wardrobe opposite and a small desk.
The bathroom is elegantly decorated in dark tones contrasting with light colours that add a touch of luxury, and is complete with a shower cubicle.
