Modern and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, located in a building composed by 4 other apartments rented by students. It’s facing the quiet and safe inner courtyard. Entering in the apartment there is the living room with a red sofa and the TV. Modern fully equipped kitchen, with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer. The bedroom on the loft floor has 2 single beds and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment is very bright, quiet and it has all the comforts. AC and High speed internet connection.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
