Modern recently renovated 2 bedrooms apartment with balcony, on the 2nd floor with elevator of a ’70 building in perfect conditions, with doorman service. Entering in the apartment the hall leads you to the bright living room, with a comfortable black leather sofa with extendable leg rest, table & chairs, the TV and a balcony. Modern fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk and a large wardrobe. The other bedroom has a single bed from where you can pull out another single bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Modern bathroom with shower. The apartment is very bright, quiet and it has all the comforts. AC and High speed internet connection.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
