The Space
The apartment has been recently renovated and enjoys excellent brightness thanks to the high floor.
It consists of:
entrance to the living room with sofa bed; smart TV with all major entertainment apps; dining table, also ideal as a workspace thanks to the ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection.
From the living room there is access to the balcony with panoramic views of Milan's rooftops.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a cooktop with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, a full set of pots and pans, a set of plates and cutlery, glasses and wine glasses. Bowls, cutting boards and utensils complete the inventory.
The bedroom is intimate and elegant, and has a double bed, two practical bedside tables and large closet, in which extra pillows and comforters are stored in case you need them.
The windowed bathroom has a large shower stall, a welcome kit with essential toiletries and a set of linens for each guest; a washing machine is also available for use.
Our guests will enjoy all the amenities they need for a pleasant stay, including fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent heating, coffee and tea, oil, salt and sugar.
Upon arrival you will find the house professionally cleaned.

Bi-weekly cleaning service: available for an additional fee, 50€ for the studios and 1-bedroom apartments and 80€ for the 2-bedroom apartments
Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
