Recently renovated, comfortable & cozy 1 bedroom apartment, on the 3rd floor with elevator, of a beautiful ’30 building. Entering in the apartment, you are in the living room, with a sofa bed (140 cm wide), table & chairs (arriving soon!). Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric/microwave oven (coming soon!) and fridge. Very large bedroom with a double bed (2 single beds joined into a double, with one double mattress), a desk, a large wardrobe, 2 armchairs and the TV. Modern bathroom with shower, bidet (coming soon!) and window. AC and High speed internet connection.
What we liked the most
Safe and central residential area, just 7 minutes by bus from Politecnico and 9 minutes directly by metro from Marangoni. Very well connected by the public transports and very well serviced. Argonne metro station is 2 minutes walking. Duomo square is just 4 km far. You can enjoy a nice walk watching cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighborhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
