Recently totally refurbished, modern and quiet apartment with 1 bedroom. Bright and comfortable. It’s on the ground floor, facing the inner courtyard with tennis courts. Only residents can play tennis and only during the summer there are a few players. New window fixtures and new security window grilles. Living room with a sofa double bed and a fully equipped modern kitchen with dish washer. Bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and window. Air conditioning and high speed internet. Doorman service in the building. Tennis courts and swimming pool in the condominium.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
