Cozy and bright one-bedroom apartment of about 65sqm recently renovated, located on the 4th floor of an elegant period building with elevator. The entrance leads to the spacious living area with study corner, sofa bed and large fully equipped kitchen, that overlooks a small balcony with a pleasant view on the rooftops of Milan, the bedroom consists of two single beds that can be joined and a large closet. The apartment is non-smoking only and is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, shower stall, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and air conditioning.
