Completely renovated in April 2023, modern and comfortable loft apartment with one bedroom, on the ground floor of a nice old style building in good conditions. This brand-new apartment is airy and spacious, it has high ceilings and all the comforts. Entering in the apartment, from the hall, there is the door of the modern bathroom with a large shower and the bidet. The hall leads you to the bright living room with kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, it has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, a table with chairs. In the living room there are a comfortable sofa double bed and a furniture for the TV. The bedroom is very large as well, it has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. A bookcase-stair leads you to the loft floor, with a chest of drawer. You can use this room as a spacious storage or to put the clothes-horse with the clothes to dry. AC and high speed internet.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
