The 35m2 apartment features an air conditioning unit, a fantastic bathroom with a shower, a stylish kitchenette with a dishwasher and a living space, complete with a large double bed, a built-in wardrobe, storage units, a sofa, a coffee table and a television. The windows face an interior courtyard, ensuring peace and quiet from the buzzing streets of the city centre and the building also has a shared laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. Many famous attractions will be just a short walking distance away, along with the vibrant neighborhood of Malasaña, known for its fantastic nightlife and chic shops and cafes.
What we liked the most
- You will be living in the city centre, close to many attractions, with the buzzing Callao just seconds away.
- The studio comes equipped with an air conditioning system, perfect for hot summers in Madrid.
- All furniture is modern and the apartment has been recently renovated.
- The living area features storage units, along with a double bed with under bed storage, a sofa, a desk, coffee table and a television.
- The living area also has a fantastic table which can expand and seat up to six people.
- This quiet, interior apartment has plenty of storage units as well as a large built-in wardrobe.
Things to keep in mind
