Don't miss out on this one - we're presenting a very comfortable apartment in the heart of Salamanca district. Located on Calle Lagasca you are just moments away from Madrid's Gran Via and Retiro park. Who doesn't want to live in central Madrid? You'll be surrounded by countless of restaurants, museums, nightclubs and various supermarkets where you can easily do your weekly grocery shopping. This third floor apartment comes fully furnished and you will be able to enjoy all of its amenities. The area of this interior studio is 25m2 but don't let that stop you - this apartment has absolutely everything you might need.
What we liked the most
- This studio is very cosy and practical - it offers comfort and at the same time it won't take you long to get from your bed to the kitchen and vice versa - with a bathroom stop along the way. Perfect!
- Don't be fooled by 25m2 - this apartment is bigger than it seems and it certainly fits everything it needs to offer a cosy and comfortable life in Spain's capital.
- The apartment has a lot of storage where you can safely keep all your personal belongings.
- The apartment is equipped with an A/C unit to keep you cool during the hot months of Madrid!
Things to keep in mind
- The interior views may not be inspiring to one's eye, but on the plus side, you won't be able to hear any street noise - perfect for a good night's sleep.
