This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on the individual rack inside the apartment. Water bills are fixed at 24 euros per month. Wi-Fi is installed on the property, however it is not activated. Tenants have the option to activate the Wi-Fi through the landlord or through a company of their choice.

We're proud to present this luminous and comfortable studio apartment in the heart of Salamanca district, located on Calle Lagasca. Who doesn't want to live in central Madrid? You'll be surrounded by countless of restaurants, museums, nightclubs and various supermarkets where you can easily do your weekly grocery shopping. This third floor apartment comes fully furnished and you will be able to enjoy all of its amenities. The studio offers plenty of light, making the rooms very bright and cosy. The area of this interior studio is 30m2 and the apartment offers everything you might require!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very bright, which means that even during the darkest months, the studio will still have a lot of natural light.
- The kitchen comes fully furnished and has a big refrigerator where you can store all your groceries, along with lots of cupboards for the supplies.
- With the dining table located right next to the window, you'll be able to dine with the most fabulous third floor views onto Calle Lagasca.
- The studio is modernly furnished - this gives the entire area a sleek and unique look and despite its small size, it really captures the home atmosphere.
- There is an A/C unit to keep you cool during the summer; as the apartment is quite sunny, you'll surely appreciate this detail!
