We think this is great for joggers. It has an attractive decor. You get ample sun and air. The river is down the street. There are 3 big parks close by.

This is a 1st floor studio apartment on Calle de Doña Urraca in Madrid. You have a bright open living area, sleeping space, and French balconies.

It’s ideal for runners. Jog along the river as the sun rises. Stretch in any of the nearby parks. You’ll be racing to the finish line in no time.

What we liked the most

  • Getting air first thing in the morning – roll out of bed and open the balcony.
  • Basking in all the natural light – Vitamin D is necessary for your health.
  • Practicing for the next marathon – run along the river and in nearby parks.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
