This sweet studio is for rent in Gran Vía, in Madrid. The living area is cosy and offers two designer armchairs and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV. This room also leads onto a classical stone balcony. The sleeping area includes a comfy double bed and artwork on the walls. The kitchenette offers a microwave oven and washing machine.
