This bright 1-bedroom apartment on Calle De Lagasca, in Salamanca, is nicely decorated and very charming. The fully furnished property has 1 bathroom and a comfortable open plan kitchen and living area with a sofa, dining table and television.

Salamanca is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid, home to fantastic range of boutiques, cafes, and some of the city's best restaurants. The apartment is within walking distance of Paseo de la Castellana, the Ventas bullring, and the iconic Retiro Park. The IE business school is a 17-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • There is an AC unit to keep you comfortable over summer.
  • The dining table is located by some lovely floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the charming street below.
  • The bathroom is fully tiled and very tidy.
  • You can walk to the Gran Via and Puerta del Sol in 30 minutes.
