The equipped kitchen has a washer, and the tall windows have cool wood shutters that you can close to sleep in on the weekends. This is a Very bright studio next to the Puerta del Angel Metro. Near Pº de Extremadura, Casa de Campo, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral.

PLUS BOOKINGS
- If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
