This 34 m² studio apartment is available for rent in Moncloa, Madrid. The studio has a double bed by a large window which lets in lots of natural light, and there is a sofa which faces a flat-screen television. There is also a dining table and chairs, a microwave, and a small stove in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower, as well as a washing machine for your clothes.
Almost directly opposite the apartment is a supermarket, meaning you don't need to go far for your shopping! There are several other shops nearby too, and a nail salon - pamper yourself!
