A lovely studio apartment with a large terrace is available to rent nearby Madrid's iconic Retiro Park. The property has a sunny main room, where you will find a big sofa, a TV, and a rollaway double bed that can be hidden in the wall during the day. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, with a washing machine and a sizable dining table. The bathroom is modern and practical, and it has a large mirror.
The apartment is located in Menéndez Pelayo, just a short walk from the Mariano de Cavia entrance to the sprawling Retiro Park. You'll find everything you need nearby, including local Spanish restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutiques. Atocha Station is also just a short walk or bus ride down the street-- perfect for frequent travelers!
