In the heart of the Lavapiés district is this trendy studio apartment available to rent. The studio comes fully furnished with a double bed and a living room corner with a couch, coffee table, and television. The apartment also has a spacious bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Lavapiés is a lively district known for its diverse and multicultural atmosphere. On Calle Ministriles, you are well-connected to the city with several metro stops nearby but have plenty to do in the area. Just a few minutes away you have Calle del Ave María, which has Indian restaurants, a vegan grocery store, and several other bars and restaurants. There are also several plazas and a cinema when in the mood for a relaxed night out.
What we liked the most
- The use of the laundry room (including detergents) is free.
- The apartment is very well-furnished.
- The decor is very trendy and friendly.
- The location is amazing since you will be living in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods of Madrid.
- There are several cool restaurants and bars in the area.
