This cute studio apartment available for rent is one of many in this building in Lavapiés. The studio is fully furnished with an equipped kitchenette and full bathroom. There is a double bed, big L-shaped couch, a dining table for 4, and a television. You also have access to a shared laundry room.
Lavapiés is a lively district known for its diverse and multicultural atmosphere. On Calle Ministriles, you are well-connected to the city with several metro stops nearby but have plenty to do in the area. Just a few minutes away you have Calle del Ave María, which has Indian restaurants, a vegan grocery store, and several other bars and restaurants. There are also several plazas and a cinema when in the mood for a relaxed night out.
What we liked the most
- The studio is interior but still receives plenty of natural light.
- The use of the laundry room (including detergents) is free.
- The studio comes well-furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
- The location is great as you will be living in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods of Madrid.
