This cozy studio apartment available to rent is one of many located in this apartment building in Lavapiés. Upon entering you have the spacious and modern bathroom to your right and a walk-through kitchenette that leads to the main room. There is a double bed, sofa bed, dining table, and TV that makes for the perfect place to relax and even entertain.
Lavapiés is a lively district known for its diverse and multicultural atmosphere. On Calle Ministriles, you are well-connected to the city with several metro stops nearby but have plenty to do in the area. Just a few minutes away you have Calle del Ave María, which has Indian restaurants, a vegan grocery store, and several other bars and restaurants. There are also several plazas and a cinema when in the mood for a relaxed night out.
What we liked the most
- The studio is interior but still receives plenty of natural light.
- The use of the laundry room (including detergents) is free.
- The studio is well-furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
- The location is great as you will be living in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods of Madrid.
