This studio apartment available to rent in Lavapiés offers a cozy and well-decorated home. The main room is furnished as a bedroom and living room, with a kitchenette in the hallway and a full bathroom. The main room has a double bed, sofa bed, dining table, and television. There is also a built-in wardrobe, ideal for storage.
Lavapiés is a lively district known for its diverse and multicultural atmosphere. On Calle Ministriles, you are well-connected to the city with several metro stops nearby but have plenty to do in the area. Just a few minutes away you have Calle del Ave María, which has Indian restaurants, a vegan grocery store, and several other bars and restaurants. There are also several plazas and a cinema when in the mood for a relaxed night out.
What we liked the most
- The studio is interior but still receives plenty of natural light.
- The use of the laundry room (including detergents) is free.
- It comes well-furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
- The decor is quite modern and sophisticated.
- You will be living in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods of Madrid.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room in the building.
