The property is spacious, and it has a double bed, a TV, a small dining table, and a beautiful, red sofa. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 2-burner electric stove and a microwave. The bathroom is spacious for a studio, and it has a big glass shower. A washing machine and a dryer are also available to use free of charge in a common area of the building.
Lavapiés is one of Madrid's most lively, central neighborhoods. Known for its multicultural vibe, the area is home to an assortment of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightlife hotspots, and unique shops.
