A modern studio apartment with AC is available to rent in trendy Lavapiés, right in the heart of Madrid. The main room is bright and spacious, and it has a large double bed, a sofa, a small dining table, and a TV for you to enjoy. The kitchen has all of the essentials, including a 2-burner electric stove and a microwave. A washing machine and a dryer are also available to use free of charge in a common area of the building.
Lavapiés is one of Madrid's most lively, central neighborhoods. Known for its multicultural vibe, the area is home to an assortment of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightlife hotspots, and unique shops. And, with excellent public transportation options nearby, you'll never be far from any part of the city here!
