Building with very few community expenses, and with doorman. Although it is floor minus 1, it has its own patio which gives it ventilation and light. It has plenty of storage space, wardrobe of 2 meters, sofa with storage transformable into additional bed of 80x200, bed of 135 with drawer canapé with more space for storage.
