What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Centrally located studio, just off Plaza de Santa Ana, just a 2-minute walk from Puerta del
Sol. The studio is suitable for just one person.
The bright and airy studio is located on the third floor of a historic building without elevator.
Fully furnished, with flat screen television, hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine, capsule
coffee maker, water heater, plates, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. It has a double bed with a large drawer
located on the upper floor of the studio, accessed through a staircase. It has a fully equipped bathroom
with a shower tray and hair dryer.
It is a perfect studio for students or young professionals who want to live in the centre of
Madrid for study, work or leisure. There is good access to buses, metro (Antón Martín, Sol,
Sevilla, Banco de España and Atocha) and commuter trains (Sol and Atocha), with direct
connections to Madrid Barajas Airport. Public parking is just 50m from the apartment.
The studio is in the centre of Madrid, with numerous transportation options (bus, metro,
scooter, bike). This allows the residents to be at the universities in Madrid (Complutense, CEU,
Carlos III, Politécnica etc) quickly. There is good access by metro, with the stops of Puerta del
Sol, Atocha, Antón Martín, Sevilla, and Banco de España, and by train from the stations of
Puerta del Sol and Atocha. The area has several bus stops and areas for renting electric
scooters and bicycles.
The Cortes neighbourhood is located in the Centro district of Madrid. Situated in the art
triangle - made up of the three most prominent museums in Madrid: the Prado Museum, the
Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum. The neighbourhood also borders
La Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía - a street where, in addition to multiple fashion stores, is the
Spanish Broadway, which offers an unbeatable line-up of musicals and shows. In addition, the
countless restaurants, pubs, and cocktail bars, make this neighbourhood one of the most fun in
Madrid.
