This studio apartment is Salamanca is equipped with an AC unit which can also be used as a heater. The apartment is compact yet cosy, and decorated with sleek, modern furniture which adds a stylish touch. The 20 m² property is furnished with a double bed and offers a renovated bathroom and a kitchen with basic cooking accessories.
The apartment is situated on Calle Lagasca in Salamanca, a privileged location in an elegant neighbourhood that is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid. Paseo de la Castellana and Plaza de Colón are 5 minutes away, and you can walk to Retiro Park in 12 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The studio is stylishly decorated and has elegant wooden floors.
- You will find ample storage space for your personal items.
- The bathroom is very tidy with tiled floors and walls.
- The apartment is very quiet as it faces an interior patio.
- There are plenty of public transport options nearby to explore the city.
