This 30 m² studio apartment in imperial is fully furnished and opens out onto a private patio. The property is equipped with a double bed, sofa, television, and offers a small but functional kitchen.
The apartment has a convenient location within walking distance of Sol, the Plaza Mayor, and Príncipe Pio station. Madrid Rio is only 5 minutes away and beautiful Parque de Atenas is just across the street.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, half-refrigerator and a washing machine.
- Even though this is a studio apartment, the bed is somewhat separate from the kitchen and living area providing more privacy.
- The AC unit can also be used for heating.
- The apartment is centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and bars.

- The apartment is located just below street level and there is only 1 window by the double bed.
