A charming studio apartment is available to rent in Chamberí, Madrid. The property has been recently renovated, and it is bright and spacious. The bathroom is contemporary and clean, and it has a sizable glass shower. There is a common laundry room in the building, which has a washing machine and a dryer in it. There is a small "garden of Lights" outside of the apartment, which has tables and chairs for tenants to enjoy.
Chamberí is a central, upscale neighborhood near the Madrid city center. Full of excellent restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, residents of Chamberí enjoy close proximity to some of Madrid's most trendy neighborhoods. Chamberí is also well-connected by public transportation, making this the perfect neighborhood for anyone who wants to see and do it all in the Spanish capital.
What we liked the most
- There is a small "garden of Lights" with tables and chairs in the property.
- Tenants have access to a washing machine and a dryer in a common area in the building.
- The property has been recently renovated, and it is tastefully decorated.
- There is plenty of storage space in the studio.
- The apartment has a dishwasher in it, which makes cleaning easier.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and dryers and the cleaning supplies, buckets, mops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, etc. are located in a common laundry room in the building..
- The accommodation have everything. Linens, towels, eating and cooking utensils and even a Nespresso coffee machine etc.
