This sunny studio apartment is available to rent in the heart of Salamanca, Madrid. The apartment has a kitchen and dining area with a wooden table to seat 2. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including plates, cutlery, an electric stove, a microwave, and an pull-out counter-top for plenty of food preparation space. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. The bedroom area has a double bed, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a sofa. The apartment has AC, which is perfect for hot Madrid summer months.
You will be living in the chic Salamanca area, Madrid's most up-market district. Nearby you will find boutique stores lining the streets, and some fantastic restaurants and bars. You will be just a short walk from El Retiro, Madrid's beautiful central park. .
What we liked the most
- It's cool to see an extending kitchen counter, making sure you have a larger kitchen, but taking up less space.
- AC. Very necessary in a Madrid summer!
- In this area you will find some of the best shopping and dining Madrid has to offer.
- Retiro Park is at the end of your street, a beautiful place to relax and stroll on the weekend.
