A 40 m², studio apartment is available to rent in the Trafalgar area of Madrid. The apartment has been recently renovated and feels fresh and contemporary. It is very well equipped with a kitchen that has a dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker complete with coffee. It would make a stylish home for anyone looking to move to the area.

Trafalgar is part of the Chamberí district, right next to the prestigious Salamanca barrio but equally close to the trendy areas of Malasaña and Chueca so you can choose your neighbourhood according to your mood. Here you will find a mix of all three, with exclusive boutiques, hipster dining establishments and chic bars.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is all recently renovated and feels very clean, modern and stylish.
  • AC will be a welcome addition during the sweltering summer months in Madrid.
  • With a dryer available, you will not have to share your space with damp clothes.
  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • This location is ideal for those who want a mix of authentic, sophisticated and alternative.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryers and the cleaning supplies, buckets, mops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, etc. are located in a common laundry room in the building.
  • The accommodation have everything. Linens, towels, eating and cooking utensils and even a Nespresso coffee machine etc.
