rooms.madrid alquila 5 habitaciones en piso compartido con ascensor, ubicado en la C. de Braille, 20, 28034 Madrid, una de las zonas más concurridas y mejor comunicadas (a 3 minutos de Metro Fuencarral —línea 10— y con parada de autobús en la puerta del portal — líneas 66, 137), con un supermercado en la esquina y una comisaría de Policía muy próxima, bares, restaurantes y con todo tipo de servicios de la zona norte de Madrid. Todas las habitaciones incluyen cerradura con llave privada conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, cocina, lavadora, caldera, microondas) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería). Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con espacio para poder almorzar, desayunar, etc. Y 2 baños amplio con plato de ducha.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
