Residencia Universitaria Nuestro propósito es cubrir las necesidades de alojamiento a universitarios y opositores en Madrid y su área metropolitana. La residencia está organizada en un total de 14 habitaciones individuales, cada una de ellas de 8 m2. La limitación de plazas tiene como objetivo promover una convivencia familiar, así como una atención personalizada a cada estudiante. Todas las habitaciones disponen de luz natural, modernas, acogedoras y funcionales. Además cuentan con una cama, mesa de noche, escritorio, silla, armario, aire acondicionado, calefacción por gas natural y Smart tv. Situado en la Avenida Albufera y a escasos metros de la boca de Metro Nueva Numancia (L1), en una ubicación estratégica por la proximidad a varios campus universitarios, ponemos a tu disposición un espacio de 280 m2 que cubrirá todas tus necesidades. Queremos convertir Canfranc’s Residence en tu nuevo hogar, para que disfrutes de la autonomía y el confort que brinda un piso de estudiante, con todos los servicios de una residencia universitaria.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
