This flat, which has four rooms for rent and two shared bathrooms is great for anyone wanting to live in a peaceful area, yet be within a short metro ride to the city center. All utilities are included in this 135m2 apartment and each room is furnished, making it move-in ready! Located on Calle Padilla, this flat is great for anyone looking to live close to the IE Business School. Cleaning of the common areas once a week is included in the rent, as well as an option for a meal service, who would not love that!

What we liked the most

  • The flat is a quick metro ride or 20 minute walk to Retiro park.
  • The comfortable living room has a dining table that can seat six people, perfect for enjoying meals with flatmates.
  • Each room is furnished with all amenities needed, in order to have a comfortable stay in Madrid.
  • The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is safe and tranquil, yet the city center is a few metro stops away.
  • The kitchen comes complete with an oven and dishwasher!
  • All utilities are included in the rental price.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although the bedrooms are interior rooms, the windows let in plenty of natural light.
