This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom shared apartment is located in the heart of La Latina, on Calle de la Ruda. The apartment, although an interior, is extremely bright with all the rooms receiving lots of natural light. What is more, the living room opens up to a quiet terrace. La Latina is one of the original neighborhoods of Madrid and it is hard to find modern apartments in the area, but this flat is modern and comes with comfortable furniture and all the necessary appliances. Only steps away from Plaza de la Cebada and Cava Baja and less than 100 meters from the La Latina metro station, it is an ideal location for professionals or students looking to be close to nightlife, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment is 140 square meters.
What we liked the most
- All the rooms in the apartment are very bright.
- Each rooms comes with a double bed.
- The flat has a very modern look and feel.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.
- All utilities including cleaning service is included in the price!
- The apartment is located in La Latina, a great and historic neighborhood.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior and without street view. This does mean that there will be minimal if any street noise.
