Es un piso acogedor en una zona con muchas tiendas y bares para pasar el rato. ​ Está ubicado en Calle San Germán, la cual está muy cerca de metros y buses que te llevan directamente al centro de la ciudad. La zona está llena de tiendas y parques, a los que puedes ir caminando. Podrás acercarte al centro cada vez que quieras, ya que tienes estaciones de metro, bus y renfe a unos minutos de distancia. ​ El apartamento se encuentra en un piso alto. Cuenta con recepción, portero y ascensor. Tiene cinco habitaciones, dos baños (uno es privado en la habitación tres), una cocina compartida equipada con dos neveras y todos los enseres necesarios. ​ Sus habitaciones son cómodas y puedes elegir entre cama doble o individual, dependiendo de la habitación que elijas. Todas cuentan con calefacción, escritorio y espacio de almacenamiento. Una de sus habitaciones tiene baño privado, y otra cuenta con una terraza privada. ​ Tanto en la cocina, la sala y el baño como en las habitaciones hay bastante espacio de almacenaje para todos tus efectos personales y las habitaciones cuentan con cerradura para tu seguridad. ​ Las habitaciones NO incluyen: ​ Las laptops que se ven en las fotos Ropa de cama Toallas Tienes todos los medios de transporte cerca, metro, renfe y bus a pocos minutos caminando.
