What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Room available in a house with four people of different nationalities who are in Madrid learning Spanish and working. Apartment fully RENOVATED (as new) and EQUIPPED. All rooms are FURNISHED with a double bed (which has a storage space under the mattress), a wardrobe, a mirror and a desk with chair. Pillows, sheets and towels are also provided. The house has five rooms and two bathrooms. It is located in LA LATINA, near RASTRO: Metro La Latina, Lavapiés and Embajadores. There are all the services nearby (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants...)

How to book
