Located on the third floor. The building has an elevator and a doorman working on site. There is central heating available throughout the house, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The water heater operates on natural gas. You can dry your washing using a rack in the balcony or the ropes over the outside patio, but rent includes a laundry service (clothes collection, washing and drying). All bills (power, cleaning, heating, rubbish collection and body corporate fees) are also included in the rent. Please notice that the landlady has two cats.
Two single bedrooms available for rent in a charming three bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The third room is occupied by the owner, who lives on site with her two cats. This lovely 80 sqm flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny living area with a large balcony overlooking the streets of lively Embajadores. This neighbourhood is right in the centre of the city and is one of the best areas to live in Madrid. All bills and a convenient laundry service are included in the monthly rent.

One month security deposit required. Rent should be paid via bank transfer. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and LGBT/gay friendly. No parties or overnight stays from visitors are permitted. Please don't eat inside the bedrooms or make noise during rest hours. Landlady lives on site with her two cats and doesn’t speak English. She would like to see an ID and proof of enrolment/work contract in order to sign the contract.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.

This apartment is a short walk away from the Lavapies and Embajadores Metro stations, both with access to line 3. This convenient location is also very close to Atocha, which is Madrid’s largest train station, serving Metro line 1, commuter, intercity and regional trains as well as high speed AVE trains.
