There are rooms available to rent in this 5-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the Guindalera district. This 110 m² apartment has an equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen is the main shared area with a dining table and plenty of storage space. There are both exterior and interior rooms, but they are all a good size and come fully furnished.
Guindalera is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking for a quiet peaceful atmosphere. On Calle de Cartagena, however, you area near the border of the posh Salamanca district – the best of both worlds. Nearby you can find your basic amenities and are surrounded by delicious restaurants. You are also very well-connected by metro.
What we liked the most
- The rooms are quite spacious.
- There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room – convenient for shared living.
- You have several metro stop just a short walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the landlord does not accept couples.
- There is no AC in the apartment, although you may see AC units in the video.
