What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
An apartment that is very close to UCIIIM, ideal for a student. This room has a single bed, a desk, etc. Initially, we only accept students with proper documentation. It is a three-bedroom apartment with a large living room and balcony, unlike other apartments with four bedrooms without a balcony or living room. WE DO NOT CONVERT THE LIVING ROOM INTO A BEDROOM, AS OTHER OWNERS DO.
