Apartment located in the Canal area right next to Islas Filipinas, Quevedo and Canal Metro stations, with all amenities near by (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants etc.) and Villahermoso Park for sports activities. 20 minutes walk from the Fundación Jimenez Díaz Hospita and the San Pablo CEU University, 15 minutes walk from the ICADE - ICAI. The building has a lift. The apartment was refurbished i and is in excellent condition. It has 2 fully equipped bathrooms, living room and and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators.

Tenants between 18-33 years old only
- Bills: € 50 per month, additional to rent. If the final value is higher tenants will have to pay for it
- Deposit is equal to a monthly rent plus monthly bills value and should be paid before check in with the admin fee y the 1st month bills.
- Check-in: Monday to Sunday. Saturday- Sunday from 10 to 20, Late Check-In 20-24 (€ 50)
- Check-out: Monday to Sunday.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Parties are not allowed
- You need a letter of acceptance from the university or employment contract + ID or Passport.
- Weekly cleaning once a week
- 24/7 technical support. Night shifts: € 50 per emergency.

- We do not give sheets or bedding, you can buy them with the Welcome Pack which is € 50 (sheets, pillows and covers to change + sport bag)

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
